Service details, scope, pricing, and timelines are established through individual project agreements between The Guy Outdoor Services and the client.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, phone consultations, or site visits are non-binding and subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, project complexity, and scope modifications. Final pricing is established in a written project agreement or contract that must be signed by both parties before work commences. The Guy Outdoor Services reserves the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen site conditions or client-requested changes materially affect the scope of work.

Project Agreements

All landscaping, hardscaping, and related services are governed by individual project agreements that outline specific terms including scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, warranty terms, and cancellation policies. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due at project milestones or upon completion as specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Michigan law. The Guy Outdoor Services reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of The Guy Outdoor Services or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom landscape designs, architectural drawings, and project plans created by The Guy Outdoor Services remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing as part of a project agreement.
